Just put an order in for a second Sea Jay! I met Chris at the Asheville guitar show back in March. Had the opportunity to play one of the Sea Jay models and regrettably left without purchasing one. Fast forward two weeks and I had ordered one. The craftsmanship is second to none and these guitars have a spin off of the regular style instruments that is just special. Currently selling off most of my guitar collection because the Sea Jay just gets it done for me now. HIGHLY Recommend Brinson Guitars. Will likely buy another soon!

I got one about 2 months ago, one of the nicest instruments I ever played, the detail is absolutely impeccable, and Chris will work with you to make it special. Brinson is a hidden gem for sure.

Not only is Chris Brinson a great musician, he builds an amazing guitar. His attention to detail is awe inspiring. When I saw them, I had to have one. He built me exactly what i wanted and he stands behind his product. You would not go wrong by purchasing one of these works of art. Thanks Chris!

Chris Brinson built me something really special. A guitar with a pickguard made from wood from the original New Brookland Tavern stage. It is absolutely my favorite guitar that i own now, and it's extremely hard to put down. Plays amazing, sounds amazing, and has all the feels. I love it man! When I first decided to buy this guitar people would ask me why not buy a Fender Jazzmaster.... You'd have to get a custom shop fender to even come close to the craftsmanship that was put into this guitar.... and even that wouldn't be that close. This guitar as well as others made in the shop are 110% worth it and have my seal of approval. Thanks again man! For everything! Side note.... my New Brookland Tavern Brinson Guitar won 1st place as the coolest guitar in Columbia in Sim's Music's, "coolest guitar contest," recently! The State Newspaper wrote an article about it too!

Chris’s passion for perfection is inspiring.
I bought one is his Sea Jay Offsets at the Asheville guitar show and it’s a phenomenal instrument. It blows my more expensive Fenders away! ****Just a follow up**** Chris saved my beans after I dropped my Sea Jay. He helped get it back 100% and was incredibly generous with his time. I LOVE this guitar. I'll plan to buy another one from Chris next year. MANY thanks, Chris.

Absolutely next level craftsmanship with next level customer care. After buying one of his guitars he went above and beyond to make sure it fit my needs. This guitar as well as others I've played made by Brinson Guitars really hit the mark for that vintage feel and comfort carve neck. Old school nickel frets and the best modern hardware money can buy combine to create a classic feel with modern stability. Crazy cool guitars from a young company.

Y’all, Custom Vibrations came through and made such a beautiful homage/guitar for me for a buddy Charlie Jackson that passed. I could not be more pleased with the results. It will be a daily reminder of how talented and beautiful Charlie’s soul was and is, just like the high quality work and finish to every detail of this guitar. They nailed every custom detail we discussed from inlays to pick guard, electronics and even down to paint. And yes it sounds just as beautiful as it looks. 10/10 would highly recommend.

My Brinson guitar, is my favorite in my collection. It’s craftsman ship not only makes it wonderful to play, but it crosses over into the territory of being a sentimental work of art. I would never sell it.
