Returns & Refunds

Committing to a custom-made guitar reflects not only a personal musical voyage but also an appreciation for the artistry and craftsmanship behind each instrument. We cherish this symbiotic relationship between the artisan and the player. With that ethos at heart, we've crafted a set of return and refund policies that consider the intricacies of guitar making while also honoring the expectations and concerns of our valued customers. By balancing the interests of both the maker and the musician, we aim to foster trust and understanding in every transaction.

  • Custom-made guitars are tailored to the specific requirements of the buyer, and as such, all sales are final.

  • 50% of the $1000 deposit is non-refundable due to the bespoke nature of the crafting process.

  • In cases where the guitar arrives with demonstrable defects or damage from shipping, the customer must notify us within 5 days of receipt. We will assess and repair or replace the guitar as deemed necessary.

  • We offer a hassle free 48 hour shop-a-home trial period! Once you receive the instrument, you have 2 full days to try it out in your own environment to see how well it fits with you. If you like it, just keep it and your purchase is complete! If you decide it is not for you, no problem. Just contact us within 48 hours that you will be returning the instrument. After 48 hours, it is yours.

  • Refunds or returns based on personal preferences, including tonal qualities, will not be honored.

  • Any alterations made to the guitar post-delivery by the customer will render the warranty and any potential for return null and void.
